Running ios 18.5 on iphone 12 pro max and am unable to login in the App Store app. Closed to access, shows spinning wheeel, and unusable, but not crashing.
Is this using the app or the web version ?
Using the app
The iOS app is not receiving updates for now. At this point I would recommend using the web version instead: you can add it as a shortcut to your phone and it will behave mostly the same.
Confirmed, same OS, iPhone 12 basic model. Maybe it should be removed from the App Store if it isn’t working and isn’t getting fixed. Leaving it doesn’t help the image.
Yeah, this definitely feels like a product decision. Support the product and fix it, or go a different direction, deprecate the App Store app, and just support WebUI.
