Hello!

Pull Request overview

Add modules.json pointing to the StaticEmbedding module, with the files stored in the root.
Add sentence-transformers as a tag. This keeps Model2Vec as the primary library, and adds Sentence Transformers as a secondary one.

As we discussed over Discord! Looking forward to this!
