- Record demonstration using Loom and add link to README

- Video walkthrough
    1. first demo the Gradio UI
    2. then demo the MCP client using mcp_client.py
    3. then demo the MCP client using Claude Desktop
    4. finally add the Loom video embedded in the "About" tab
